We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests may reschedule or receive a refund.

Stay with the group

Behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and local residents

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, causes disruption, or poses a safety risk.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are physically able to join the tour and accept all inherent risks.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Standard Refund Policy — Ghostly Gents Tour Company LLC Guest Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour start time:
✔ Full refund

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour:
❌ No refund

No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on time or miss the tour will not receive a refund.

Company Cancellations:
If Ghostly Gents Tour Company LLC cancels a tour due to:

- Severe weather

- Safety concerns

- Staff emergencies

- City restrictions

Guests may choose either:
✔ A full refund, or
✔ A rescheduled tour at no charge.
